Investor Relations

Who you are

You’re a clear communicator and thoughtful relationship builder. You understand how to convey complex ideas with clarity and context. You enjoy working behind the scenes to make sure others are fully informed, engaged, and aligned, especially when it comes to long-term capital relationships.

You’re detail-oriented without losing sight of the bigger picture. Whether you're preparing investor updates, coordinating meetings, or supporting capital strategy, you approach your work with care, discipline, and a strong sense of responsibility.

Traits we look for:

At WAY, we operate with a long-term mindset — grounded in trust, discipline, and alignment with those who build alongside us. Here’s how our values guide this role:

  • Customers are our obsession
You treat investors like long-term partners. You work to understand their goals and expectations and provide them with the right insights, transparency, and service.

  • Everything is possible
You believe investor communication can be both rigorous and compelling. You look for opportunities to improve how we share progress and create clarity, even in complexity.

  • Strength in diversity
You bring empathy and openness to every interaction, whether engaging with family offices, institutional partners, or internal teams, and you adapt communication styles accordingly.

  • Grit
You take ownership of your work. You stay composed under pressure, operate on tight timelines, and ensure that communication and data are always reliable.

  • Energy and execution
You move quickly without sacrificing accuracy. You manage updates, meetings, and reporting workflows with speed, polish, and consistency.

  • Curiosity enables potential
You’re eager to understand the underlying drivers of business performance and industry shifts — and to translate that into insights that matter to our capital partners.

  • Pragmatic about purpose
You care about building lasting partnerships. You understand that trust is earned through clear communication, accountability, and long-term alignment, and you take that responsibility seriously.
